The Master of Science degree in Education with a major in School Business Leadership is a 30-credit fully online program offered in collaboration with the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO), as well as other ASBO’s across the United States, to design advanced courses for the practicing school business professional or anyone interested in entering the field. Applicants must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field. A teaching certificate is not required.
Program Learning Outcomes:
- The student will demonstrate conceptual and practical knowledge of public school financial, facilities, food service, information technology, human resources, and transportation operations.
- The student will demonstrate the ability to apply principles of stewardship, efficiency, and fiscal
- responsibility to revenue and expenditure processes.
